1. How long does shipping take?

  • Shipping costs depend on the product, weight, and destination.

  • Costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

3. Can I cancel my order?

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours before they are processed.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

4. What is your return and refund policy?

  • Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Eligible cases include: delayed orders, damaged products, incorrect/missing items, or order cancellations before fulfillment.
